Tatumn Zale, CFRE, is a Phoenix-based strategist who believes that effective fundraising begins with deep, human connection. AFP Outstanding Young Professional 2026, and AFP Emerging Fundraiser Arizona. Drawing from her own lived experience as a caregiver, she brings a unique, care-centered lens to her mission advancement work at AllThrive 365, where she supports older adults and low-income families. As the co-founder of Kindling Impact Consulting LLC alongside Elena Burr, Tatumn partners with nonprofits and employers to move beyond corporate transactions, building intentional systems rooted in empathy, relationship-building, and lasting community impact.
